AppSec Pipeline (DevSecOps)
GitHub Actions pipeline that blocks insecure code before merge: Semgrep SAST with 3 custom rules (including taint tracking for SQL injection), composer audit (SCA), OWASP ZAP full scan (DAST) and PHPUnit regression tests. Detected and fixed 5 OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities in a Laravel app, with documented triage.
Electronic Voting System
Multi-tenant system for municipal councils with a companion mobile app. Live voting over WebSocket, biometric authentication, and session minutes/agendas generated via the Gemini API. Includes a public portal for citizen voting. Serving 7+ councils simultaneously.
Public Healthcare Management
Complete platform with 14 CRUD modules, 15+ report types, and integration with government APIs (SEFAZ, Transparency Portal, Conecta Gov.br, IBGE). Management of professionals, contracts, invoices, and procurement.
Multi-Tenant SaaS POS Platform
Point-of-sale system with separate admin panels (landlord/tenant), inventory control, financial management, and multiple access profiles.
